Gil is a licensed building inspector for hazardous materials such as lead, mold, and asbestos. He is also licensed in North and South Carolina as an air monitor, which allows him to take air samples during the removal process of these materials and insure the safety of it for the public. His extensive background in environmental work makes him a valuable part of the team.

Samantha spent many years cleaning homes as a part time job. After cleaning hundreds of houses, she has realized that seeing the joy in peoples’ eyes when they walk into their newly cleaned houses never gets old. Her attention to detail when it comes to cleaning is truly fascinating. She is the secret weapon in our journey to the top!
